hey dont blame me i said think they go in there,and also they do sometimes freeze.
just checked and they do go in the photo folder heres a readme from a game

Play Snake on firmware v2.80! Place the SNAKE directory on your memory stick under PSP/PHOTO. Highlight the photo icon, press triangle, and select Slideshow. Ported to utilize the libTIFF exploit by youresam. Snake written by Shine.

hey hey dont get me wrong now im just saying it would have been nice if you checked it out yourself b4 you u posted that bad suggestion thats all. and i didnt mean to direct it at you but this problem is just really frustrating AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

You should get your money back at www.clickbank.com I am sittuation. I am able to download them but cant play them and i also have corrupt data. I am mad at that and am going to try to get a refund and next time i will just but games from the store
