No, Only games 4.3GB+ Are required to be rebuilt to play... very very few others may need it i think but GTA LCS is not one of them.

so does fifa07 needs any rebuilding patching?? or do i just download the game and burn it?

fifa 2007 is about 4.37 GB (i used DVD Decrypter to create the ISO). I burnt it onto DVD's using Nero 6.6 and used Swap Magic. The game starts up,plays the intro video and stops loading after that when the main menu is about to come up (I think thats the same problem as everyone else). I just want to make sure if someone has successfully rebuilt it or if I can download a burnable version from some torrent site.

Please advise. Thanks

If it's 4.37GB then it definitely needs rebuilding no questions asked if your using swap magic, not many torrent sites patch or rebuild games for you unless they state it in the title just search for a easy guide and you'll have it working.
