sorry guys been away from the net as of late, ya that offer is for anyone, i am only here to help, i am located in ontario canada, i am sure shipping won't be to much, not more than it would cost you to pay someone to mod the box for ya, plus you don't have to pay me shit, i will do it and send it back same day, no worries. i know everyone doesn't want to send there 360 out to someone they don't know but there is a little thing called trust, i totally understand people when they don't wanna give it away but "TRUST" me, there is absolutely zero risk with 98sohc, you all can quote me on this.

well ya, there going to have pay for shipping both ways, i am offering service for free, but i don't pay shipping, unless you want to pay me to mod the box and i will use the money to ship the unit back to you, don't matter to me. completely up to guys your not hurting me any.

hi im from England and i was wondering if anybody knows where i can get my xbox 360 modded around the bradford area or anybody who can do it.Im not bothered if its a modchip or flashing but ive been waiting a long time for my other service to be free and im starting to get a little frustrated and thinking about looking elsewhere.
If anyone is close to my area who can flash it or knows where i can get it modded i would really appreciate it.

thanks. ive been googling for a long time now, but cannot find anything to suit me because i dont want to travel really far to get it done and im a bit frightened to send it off incase it doesnt come back.Ill try asking some of my local game stores soon to see if they can do any mod for me. ive also been reading that i should get it flashed instead of a mod chip because there has been many people with the "3 red lights" problem.
Please, if anybody knows where i can get it flashed in england around the bradford area i would much appreciate it.

if you guys wana buy modded 360s just go to google and searchh modded 360s for sale and theres A bunch of sites its pretty easy or u can just mod ur own 360 with the rite tools

errrmm... asking at your local game stores about modding ISNT a good idea ^_^
I doubt they want you to mod your console so you wouldnt have to spend money buying their games...

I know that ofcourse im not going to take it to a big retail store.
When i had my xbox 1 modded i took it to a pc shop so ill try the same place but i want a firmware mod mostly because there arent as many things to go wrong.

^^^^I would like to know this as well, but I live in Mentor, Ohio. I have a Japanese Hitachi 360 system and the main reason I want this is so that I can play US games that aren't region-free. There's a low chance of recieving an Xbox Live ban, correct? Also, is it something you have to turn on and off or is it pretty much like nothing is even there?

sorry to say man, but if your machine is japanese, then you cannot play us games on that console, all your doing is modifying the firmware, it still has to be the same game for your region/console. and if it will play on your system, most chances it will be black and white or something gay along those lines.
