YES..u can format the card once u are on 303oe-b it will replace all the files that are on there like the 303 and 150 folders so u dont have to but u will need to put the iso folder bak in the root of the card to play games.. then u can go up to oe-c..oe-c does a full install i formatted the card before i went to oe-c just to be safe !

Klad, have you started the psp holding the R button down and then toggling usb for flash0? The vsh folder is under flash0.

i dunno why it was working before. i tried this trick like 1 month ago and it was working perfectly but now i just put another 1 on and it doesnt display right and i cant change it. its permenant

can anyone help me plz

changed mine several times on the 3.03oe-c and all has been fine so far(touch wood)!if u need the original topmenu i have it!!! already tested to see if i had the same probs went from orig to home made and several others and then bak to orig all fine!

Hold R on startup, go to advance>>Toggle USB Flash0 and drag the topmenu_plugin.rco into vsh\resource

Toggle again, go back and exit.

omg omg omg omg sum1 helllp meee quiiickly i have a 3.10 oe-a psp and i put the thingy in the flash one and everything but now it doesnt even load the main menu can some one giv me the regular psp icon topmenu thingy pleeeaaaasssee because everytime i turn it on it just stays at a black screen:(

sorry but i am gonna double post first to say that i am testing to make sure the topmenu.rco file i upload to my server is the right 1 as i have 2 in there ..1 thats orig and the other modded as i dont want to add to any more mishaps to peoples psp's. hopefully this will help out a few of u guys :)

i downloaded it and put it into my flash0 in the vsh>resource folder and when i turned it on it just stayed black do you know what i can do to fix that?

hhmmmm not sure...are u sure it was the only file u changed?just the rco ? in recovery/advanced/toggleflash0/vsh/resourse

i have had a black screen and semi bricked it but i cant think how i did it ,but got it solved in the !end ....u could try the modded one i have on mine cant hurt to try!

omg man i think i screwed up my psp i disabled the skip scea logo thingy and it goes to the main menu but it has no icons like photo music etc. all it has is the time and battery:(:(:( ommmmg

copy and pasted this from some where else for ya ..this is the only thing i can think left to do !!

"you can customise your XMB icons by writing a new topmenu_plugin.rco file to the vsh/resource
Note: At the moment, this does not work with custom firmware 3.10OE-A. Attempting to flash a topmenu_plugin.rco to a 3.10OE PSP will resultin a partial brick, that will require recovery via the recovery menu"
