So far your backups have failed with Sony and Mitsubishi (MCC) media. I think we can safely rule out media as a problem.

Failed to Write Sectors 768 - 799 - Invalid Address For Write
I noticed the same sectors failed irregardless of the file size or media. I noted the Fat32 as an update for your system before saying try another drive. Do you or a friend have another burner you can swap out to eliminate the drive as the source of the problem?

May I ask why you are so intent on maintaining FAT32 partitions with XP?

You're getting hung up on one thing that's been noted. FAT32 has a problem with large files. We've also asked about trying another software program to see if that makes a difference or the possibility of trying another drive. I'd try the software first though. Have you tried a different software yet?

jestagrl,
Have you disabled AnyDVD when you use Ripit4Me as you got that warning in the log. Just right click the fox head on the taskbar and click exit.

Since you have Nero do you have INCD installed? That packet writing software can interfere w/ burning also. If installed uninstall INCD.

All of the failed burns happen at the same spot which would indicate to me that something is interfering w/ the burner at that point
