yup...you have to delete your psp folder from your memory stick and then use the one supplied in the downgrader cause it has the save game needed

I'm about to upgrade from 2.81 to 3.03, i think i got to 2.81 from a copy of gta. Will i still be able to downgrade from 3.03 or no i need the 2.0 gta?

Hi,
I have a 2.81 firmware, to play ISO's on it, i will have to Upgrade it to 3.03 and then downgrade it to 1.5 using the GTA LCS, but does that mean that i will have to use the GTA LCS always to play a game.
I am very new to PSP technology thus also wanted to know that what firmware will be best to upgrade to after downgrading it to 1.5

Thanks for the info... can you please help me with this bit as well:
i actully have firmware 2.81, can i use devhook on that and play ISO's, i also have got a Demo UMD, so if there is anyway to use that to play games... i do not use pirated games, but trying them once becomes necessary before buying as these games are not very cheap...

ok, i have downloaded the 303 updater and put it onto my psp, gone into games, clicked the upgrade to 3.03 and it has all worked fine until it says:
The game could not be started.
(80020001)
what does it mean? i have no game in there...
When i put a game in there it comes up as it says the same thing
WHAT DO I DO? PLEASE HELP!
