put the 3.03 EBOOT.PBP in your UPDATE folder
x:\PSP\GAME\UPDATE\EBOOT.PBP
Then scroll to your game menu click on memory stick and click on 3.03 update

make sure its named exactly EBOOT.PBP not 1EBOOT.PBP not 61526_EBOOT.PBP just EBOOT.PBP

Yeh i got GTA LCS, i borrowed off of my 12 year old cousin lol, but i promised i would downgrade is psp his is a 2.6 so it should not be soo hard, but when i downgrade his i have to give his GTA LCS back but least i got a 1.50 to 3.10e A :) YEH!!

to downgrade his upgrade it to 2,71 and use the easy downgrader in my sig that is if it is a ta-082. if not just use the generic 2.71 easy downgrader

if you are worried about playing homebrew from 1.50 and new ISOs, then get an OE...the Winstaller is stickied at the top of the threads index...3.03 OE-C for customization, or 3.10 OE-A/A' psx compatibility, or 3.30 OE-A video depth compatibility....
I feel sorry for people still using DEVhook.....no, i feel stupid for them...

put the umd in, scroll under the game section, if u see a 2.00 update option, its unpatched, if u see a 2.6 update, its patched

ok so once weve upgraged from 2.81 to 3.03 and then downgraded back to 1.5 what would be the next best step

upgradeing to 3.03 oe-c or 3.30-oe a
to get 3.03 use the custom firmware link in my sig
