today me and CKhaleel were Hex Editiing the 1.50 and 3.11 firmwares. He a got another error code, SGT90000001 which was the same as what davidmacn got when he switched the PSAR from 1.50 with 3.11 and turned it into an eboot, so i guess if i left alone the DATA.PSP and started working with the, we might actually go further! (its comming guys.....) good work team!

I'm going to say this but this is going to be impossible to create until september when I'm taking advanced c++ programing. Maybe we should look at the 3.4, 3.30 and 3.5 firmware's. There's got to be another exploit :P.

Well has anyone tried it? I can't do anything until september (since I'm switching school's n such) but I saw my new teacher and showed him what I want to do and he said "That's pretty easy to code" I was like "Wana code it for me ;-)" he was like "once your here next year, i'll show you everything you need to know" I was like :D

have u tried putting in one of later updates just with a modded psar so that it has the vulnerabilities of 1.5 (kinda like what dax does) but no other changes so then it's more of making HEN as opposed to an entire downgrade

well i was searching around and found that there may be an exploit in flash player 6 and 7 which I think the psp runs on 6 (correct me if i wrong). well it basically says that if you run a .SWF it can attack the system. if someone figured out how to do this by accessing a file through the internet browser like a portal does. heres the link to the site. http://securityreason.com/securityalert/149
