Go into your computer bios and set the storage device priority (if your using a jump drive make the jump drive the first boot priority).
Shut the pc and 360 off.
Unplug the sata cable out of the back of the 360 dvd drive and also unplug any unused drives from your pc. Hook up the sata cable to your pc but not to the 360 yet
Turn the pc and the 360 on at the same time.
Whenever you see the loading windows 98 text plug the sata cable into the back of the 360's drive.
Whenever your at the command prompt type xFlash 1234567 12345 or whatever command your version uses but make sure you put 1234567 12345 after the command.
It will then detect the drives listed.
There should be one labled Xtreme primary or secondary but it should have Xtreme listed in the device name thats the one you want.
Turn off the 360 and select Xtreme primary wait 10 seconds and then turn the 360 back on.
Upon turning the 360 back on it should immediately start flashing.
Just make sure that you inserted the key into the xtreme fw and also that you hook the sata cable to the port closest to the front of the pc on your via 6421a.
You should be good to go after this.
