Did you re-solder the connection you pulled up? If not then the battery is still in service mode so that menu will still come up.

does this hardmod method work on fat battery and slim battery? and im guessing the only way to return the battery back to normal would be to re solder it back into place?

i use my memory cards for my mobile phone, psp, laptop and club dj'ing with pioneer cdj 1000mk3's.

Hi people, i don´t know anything about this cuz am newbie, but i bought few days a go the PSP SLIM, and am just wondering if its possible to play downloaded games (ISO, cso.)on the PSP SLIM? My PSP´s system software is 3.60, what do i need to do? PLEASE HELP BROTHER OUT :)

if on slim 3.60 then you need a pandora battery and magic memory stick to get it on 3.71m33.
to do this click on larrylje's siganture link above. its all in there
(+[__]%) black slim 3.60 OFW -> 3.71m33-2 -> 3.71m33-3
(+[__]%) white slim 3.60 OFW -> 3.71m33-2 -> 3.71m33-3

sorry, my bad. good that its removed now, thanx. iv heard that you can play the games on the PSP slim, without using the pandora battery. somehow just putting some updates, programs and so on in to the memory stick and that should be it, after thta you can play the ISO games, could it be bossible? am sorry if i sound stupid, i really dont know anything about the PSP stuff, must be annoying for you guys, try to understand me :)

hi im a newbie here...i have a slim psp 3.60 m33 but i want to upgrade it to 3.71 m33...i followd the walkthrough at this post but i always get "verifying 371.PBP...incorrect file" the the slim restarts itself...please i need help...

Either the file is corrupted or you need to rename it.
PSP Firmware History:
2.71 -> Got PSP modded (Waste Of Money) 3.40 -> Downloaded DAX's 3.40 OE-A -> 1.5 -> 1.53 -> 1.5 -> 1.53 xD -> 1.5 -> 3.40 OE-A -> 1.5 -> 3.52 m33 -> 3.52 m33-2 -> 3.52 m33-3 -> 3.52 m33-4 -> 1.5 -> 3.52 m33-4 -> 1.5 -> 3.71 m33 -> 3.80 m33 ->3.80 m33-3 -> 3.80 m33-5 -> 1.5 -> 3.71 m33 -> 3.71 m33-4 -> 3.80 m33 -> 3.80 m33-5

I already change the filename from "EBOOT.PBP" to "371.PBP"..but still the same error happend..pls help me upgrade my psp fm...
