Cheers, but if the picture a couple of threads back is correct then mine is a samsung drive and i have got it to play a DVD +R before, just not any that i have made!

Switching to -R from now on.

I also have a problem using shrink 3.1 and nero5 express i cant get my x box to play dvd-r i'am using ritek go4 and the xbox says cannot read disc... but the funny thing is that if i make a copy of a back up that my friend burned it does play using the same riteks please help!!!
