None of the cells meet the "DVD-Video specification" criteria fpr a potential layer break position
DVD Shrink forks up the layer break information. As already eluded to, don't use DVD Shrink with DL burns even it just using it as a ripper. Instead rip your disc using DVDFab HD Decrypter (free ~ http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm ) and then proceed directly to Imgburn in Build mode, browse to your VIDEO_TS folder and burn it directly to disc. You will be given the option of choosing the best layer break location.

I will give that a try but I have burned over 200 DL discs using DVD shrink before I got these particular discs.

Still failed due to servo spindle error.
