Thanks so much for the unlock code, we had a tesco locked phone and have just unlocked it to Vodafone NZ!
However we cannot get the SP Lock unlocked -any ideas? What is a SP Lock? Does it matter if it is still locked? Does it mean that we can't turn the phone off?
Sorry for being ignorant about all this any ideas are greatly received!
thanks

Refer back to my message on the 28th of April on this very same thread regarding the SP lock. All the information is there.
I had the same issue, followed the instructions and it worked for me.

You are brilliant, worked for most of the locks on my M110.
BUT the Provider Lock (second from the top between Net Lock and SP Lock) is still active.
How can I unlock this Provider Lock ????
Please give me a hint.
Thank you
samm
PS: It is still locked to Vodafone Germany, if this helps finding a solution...

Hi All,
The unlock *2767*3855# then *7465625*638*00000000*00000000# and #7465625*638*00000000# works fine (on my m110) and I can use the phone to call with my vodafone sim. However I am unable to access the inbox or create messages from the text messages menu, these options are greyed out.
Have also noticed i cannot access any of the network services other than call diverting. call barring, call waiting, network selection, caller id etc are also all greyed out.
I am wondering if the sim lock has been removed but the phone is still somehow locked to orange? Have noticed these ARE available if i put the orange sim back in (the vodafone sim works fine in another phone).
*#7465625# shows all locks inactive.
Any suggestions appreciated!
Cheers.

Has anyone resolved the issue of the greyed out menu items ... I've unlocked a M110 originally locked to Orange and am using it on Tesco ... but cannot get to these menu items.
Would a firmware upgrade (debranding) fix it? I can get that done for £10 or so at a local shop ...
Tnx

I got mine debranded for £10 at a local shop and that fixed the greyed out options. Might have been cheaper if I waited until car boot sale season starts ... but I would have had to wait!
