Sadly it looks like it is a v1, since it says nothing about having 2MB of flash (which v2 has). It also says 'optimized for v1-v12 system revisions.'
Dang, it looks like I'm going to have to go with foundmy.

I know others on MaxConsoles forum who have bought from foundmy.com with no problems.
But who's to say the problems others have had. Sometimes people just leave negative feedback like on ebay.

Well I wish you good luck with them, then if thats the way you go.

I'm going to try and place my order today man, thank you so much for your help. I'll be sure to post back with my results.

Edit: Ok man, I placed my order there and am hoping for the best.

Edit2: So I placed my order on the 24th of april, 2008. Got a confirmation email and everything. Got a pink slip from post office on monday saying they 'missed me' and that I could pick up the package after 9 on tuesday. So I just had to go pick it up, but that's the post offices fault. Foundmy did a good job on the shipping (chip came in an anti-static baggie) and in a bubble wrap baggie. Excellent job foundmy!
