Ok first off delete the CB_launch.elf from your first picture.
In the second picture, just move the CB_launch.elf to inside the BOOT folder, and delete the CB_launch folder.
The elf only needs to be inside the BOOT folder.
And sorry, no you can't run any applications (ELF files) until you have fmcb 1.8 installed.
And also in your First picture, I would rename the BOOT.ELF to CB10.ELF.
I just had the files named like that because it was for the memor32 memory card.
I had all those files on my memor32 as I said, so they were mapped as follows.
My BOOT.ELF is as follows.
R1-BOOT.ELF- CBV10
R2-BOOT2.ELF- uLaunch 4.12.elf
L1-BOOT3.ELF-Usbadvance.elf for loading my USB drive
L2-BOOT4.ELF-Hdloader.elf
CB_launch.elf
Its up too you, but you can just delete them if you wish or rename them.
Now the CB_launch.elf in that file is not the same one as I asked you too download. The one you should have in that folder is this one - CB_launch.elf
Thanks I liked that ulaunch.elf skin also. YOu can keep that if you want and the LAUNCHELF.CNF is my uLe configuration file.
Now the guys who install fmcb 1.8 for you will probably put the newest uLe 4.38 on the memory card for you and that will be as BOOT.ELF
