DVD SHRINK HELP PLEASE

I used shrink for first time in a month yesterday this was right after I tried to update Dcrypter(A moment of silence for decrypter) and It brought a User Agreement page up and it has never done this before it has done it on 2 of my systems but one system that I havent used in a long time it didnt yet on it and I clicked yes on the 2 machine to accept agreement was this the right thing to do? and why did it happen? Can anyone help?

no you shouldn't have any problems with it...they probably put that in there so they couldn't be liable for any damages..if any were incurred...it's freeware and you can't get truoble for having it...
