DVD Shrink and nero burns don't work in ANY drive but one used to burn

I have an optorite dd1603 with the latest firmware. When I burn the disk it says disk burn complete. No errors. But the disk isn't recognized in any drive but the one that I used to burn it in. I have tried tons of other drives. It isn't the discc cause I have tried many disks, plus I have burned movies on my bothers computer with the same disks and they work. Suggestions? Thanks!

Ok so i did more testing with other peoples burners... my burns will play in any DVD RW drive but no regular player. The disks do work with the player if burned on my friends burners.

Suggestions?

What media are you using? +/- r/rw? Burn speed? When you say regular player do you mean a standalone DVD player?

DVD +, stand alone players or computer. When my bro uses the disks with his burner they play. Just not my burner.
