Not sure if this is the right forum for this so dont jump me if its not. I used shrink then nero and burned my backup after many failed attempts. I just tried to play it and it doesnt start with the menu it goes straight to the movie. At the end of the movie it goes to the menus. Also it has subtitles until you turn them off. Im up for suggestions. Mayo can be my saving grace again.

What movie is this? When you used Shrink, did you do a Full Disc backup or did you Re-author? It sounds like you selected Re-author and then dragged the menu into the compilation after the main movie title. That would put them in the wrong order. Remove the subtitles by unticking the sub-picture boxes.

i used full disc like always. The thing about the subtitles is that they are turned on when the movie starts.

Your either going to have to shutoff the subs with the little button on your remote,or do as fasfrank said and uncheck the boxes.

Some movies do this by default, it's just the way the manufacturer made them. I think DVD Shrink will copy it to do the same thing in this respect.
