does anyone know if Shrink 3.2.0.15 the newest version and is dvd decrypter 3.5.4.0 the newest version as well? if not could you link me to the newest versions?

As far as im aware they are both the latest versions, that version of decrypter you have is the final version (back it up onto cd)
