Shrink can't read DVD

When I insert my DVD movie into my burner and in the Shrink program, I get a bunch of digitized squares and every so often a picture. I play the movie on my DVD player and the movie is perfect to watch.
I have also tried to watch the movie on my Power DVD and Windows and nothing happens. When I look on my burner drive for information insted of the name of the movie that I get most of the time it just says Undefined. Any suggestions?

Try uninstalling the burner in Device Manager and then re-booting the computer and let Windows install the burner correctly. Make sure all of the cables are properly seated on the burner and MOBO

I didn't think it would work but you proved me wrong. It works like a charm. I could play other movies but not Black Rain.
