We have had DVD shrink for about a month, and we have just had our hard drive formatted due to viruses etc. Now in trying to reinstall DVD shrink i've had some problems. It will let me install the program, but when it is going thru the analysis it gets stuck at 96%, or if it gets thru here, when you go to "back up" it comes up with a "copy error". Any ideas on why this might be? I've uninstalled and reinstalled, downloading it from various places but all to the same result....

Try ripping with DVD Decrypter first.
