How to burn output files from shrink with nero

I use DVD Shrink 3.2 + Nero Ultra 6.0(?) to back up my movies. After analyzing process is done, I clicked back up, there are some options:
Option 1. ( I always choose this option and always worked perfect)
Burn immediately with Nero after encoding is done.

Option 2.
Put the files into the hard drive.
I want to burn the movies later on after encoding is done.

Now the question is, after I chose option 2 , How do I burn the files with Nero? Do I change the folder to VIDEO_TS first? Then go to Nero Burning Room or Nero Express ---> DVD---> Then I'm lost.
