DECRYPTER SHRINK & NERO HELP!!

i RECENTLY have been getting errors with shrink & decrypter. this is what i am getting when I use shrink. Also, when I try to decrtyp a movie, it is telling me that does not recognize VTS_ something-something files. can someone please help????

In shrink setting you can choose eithe burn with Nero Or Decrypter Try swicthing to decrypter and see if you still get the errors. If it not recognizing something make sure the disc is clean and not badly scratched thats the only time I get error from either of those programs.

Try lowering the target area...burning too close to the edge may cause the disc unreadable...
