You can report them to eBay under their anti-circumvention policy rules. But generally eBay don't give a crap what people sell on the sites as long as they get their commission, I?ve even had friends report stolen goods being sold on there and they still do nothing about it. I tend to contact any bidders and give the link to the software, unless it is instant purchase. In the end, there are worse things people could be getting up to, I?m just glad it?s not me paying for the software.

This guy has the true spirit of Capitalism, just like Bill Gates. Why would you give anything away, when people will pay $$$ for it? Even if you got from another generous person who was giving it away free. Guys like that are no doubt converging on New Orleans as we speak, to sell unboiled tap water to the refugees for $10 a bottle.
In a few years, he'll have his own "Apprentice" TV show, showing the kiddies how to get rich quick selling ice cubes to Eskimos...
