HELP!! re: DVD Shrink encountered an error

Until now, I have never had a problem with DVD Shrink. I recorded approx. 3 hrs and 15 minutes from TV onto a DVD RAM disk and then downloaded it onto my computer and then using Power Producer Gold convert the files to DVD format i.e. audio_ts and video_ts directories complete with video_ts.ifo and 11 vts.vob files. My next usual step is to use DVD Shrink to compress these files down so that I can burn them to a four gig DVD-R however, I keep getting the same error for the same file (vts_01_9.vob):

DVD Shrink encounter an error and cannot continue.
Failed to open file vts_01_9.vob.

I have done this procedure dozens of time before although not with a recording of this size (3 plus hours). Does DVD Shrink have a max time that it will compress? Has anyone else ran into this problem? Can anyone suggest another compressing program that may do the job other than ratDVD as I have already tried it.

I would appreciate any and all help.

Thanks for the help, but DVD Clone did not work.

This recording is almost 11 gigs in size... any other help out there? How can I shrink this down to fit on a DVD - R?

what about splitting the movie to 2 disc. you can do that with shrink
