Dvd Shrink is giving me an error I have never seen on The Wedding Date, it reads programming error- exception occured, can you help?

Are you using Shrink on its own, or did you rip it first to your hard drive using DVD Decrypter or DVDFab Decrypter?

Don't know if you are familiar with the program DVDFab but it is a program similiar to Xcopy in that it is a 1click. Well after Decrypter went south, the reseller of DVDFab offered the ripper part of the program free as a replacement for Decrypter it had some initial problems and eventually got them solved. It rips just like Decrypter but it is supposedly going to be kept updated to handle new encryptions. So far it does and works a little bit faster than Decrypter. For now I just stick with Decrypter because it is familiar and does other functions. DVDFab just rips period nothing else.

I used AnyDVD and shrink like I normally do, but when that failed I tried to rip with DVD Decrypter and it then gave me the same error message.

More than likely you have a bad disk, try cleaning it and if this does not work try another original. Or you can try DVDFab Decrypter available here http://www.filepedia.com under rippers. It will sometimes rip damaged disks better.
