can't get dvdxcopy 1.4.1 to work

i can't get it to copy a dvd yet so,i can't even make it to the burn page. it copied the information off one dvd that i made myself but when it came to the burn page, it froze.every dvd movie that i try to copy,a screen pops up and says "error reading source".

what should i do?
