DVD Shrink Help PLEASE

I am having problems backing up my DVDs...can some one please help me? I am using both decrypter and shrink along with anyDVD... When I sttart to I get a pop up that reads.... "DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue." Failed to read file "F:\" Invalid acess to memory location.


I have been backing up my disk for a while and never had any probles with any of my drives. I took my PC to a computer show and when I got home...All of this started to happen... Please help me out if you can anyone...Thnaks in advance

Is F:\ your DVD drive? If not point Shrink to the correct drive. If it is the correct drive is the drive visable in Windows. Better yet does the drive function otherwise? If not reseat your cables just to make sure they did not get disloged when you were moving your PC around.
If the drive functions otherwise I'd still reseat the cables just to be on the safe side.
Let us know what you find.

Failing that try ripping first with DVDDecrypter to your hard drive and then use shrink. Always works for me.
