Was this an original DVD backup or a downloaded file? I haven't heard of anyone having this problem before with Shrink, but I guess it could be possible. You mat just want to try shrinking it again. Also try playing the original files from your computer first and make sure it isn't already out of sync before you use Shrink.

1 - Downloaded a movie (2 avi's) - audio good
2 - merged the two avi's - audio good
3 - converted the AVI to VOB using VSO (forced NTSC stream) audio good.
4 - Burn using dvd shink/decrypeter - Disk audio out of sink
Everyone thanks, found the problem, the DVD player was cheapo less $25 US and I guess the laser is out of sink, plays fine on other DVD players, thanks everyone for your help!
I had a similar problem but its not my dvd player. I downloaded two DivX files and used DivXtoDVD to convert them into shrink capatible files. The two movies were fine before and after the process and even were fine when i played them in the dvdshrink window but once i burned them the audio was a good 15 seconds late from the video. Any ideas?
