dvd shrink region mismatch

i get a message about the region mismatch saying dvd shrink cant open dics unless i change the code of my dvd drive but i got zero times for changing my drives i've tried to redownload but same thing comes up every time can someone help me?

Hi, You need to rip the DVD with DVD Decrypter first. This will say there is a mismatch but will go ahead and rip it anyway without having to change your drive region. The good news is that the ripped file will be region free, so no problem inputting to DVD Shrink.
I do this a lot as I moved from the UK to the USA and brought a ton of Region 2 DVD's with me but my drives are set to region 1.
My standard approach is:
Rip using DVD Decrypter to an ISO image on my hard drive
Assign the file to a virtual drive using Daemon Tools
Input to DVD Shrink to shrink and burn(using Nero).
Watch out for burning at max speed for your media type and drive. I had a few errors on burned DVD's that worked ok when I re-burned at a slower speed (half the media speed). After burning I ALWAYS play the DVD on my DVD player at x4 speed to make sure it's error free. Takes time but there is nothing worse than getting half way through a movie and it hangs.
