i been using dvd shrink and dvd decrypter now for a wile but with my last movie i got big problems.

after i purchased kung fu hustle i like to back up this movie ,like i do with all my dvd,s.

but everytime i try to do it with dvd shrink i get feloww errormessage

i/o error unrecovered read eror
rce protection no
copy protection css/cppm

and shrink is stopping by 15%

wy is this ????????????????

dvd decrypter give me the errormessage

out of memoty
the parameter is incorrect

i do not understand what happens some1 out there who may know what is going on

Some questions:

Can you explain the steps you take to backup dvd's? (Click on the link in my sig, follow the guide, check to see if you missed something.)

How much memory do you have? You should close down all other programs before using either DVD Decrypter or DVD Shrink.

If you are getting this message with Shrink, it is probably because the program cannot handle the protection on the movie. Try ripping using DVD Decrypter in file mode and then using Shrink. Or dl DVD FabDecrypter from http://www.filepedia.com and rip the movie with that. Or you can dl the 21 day trial version of AnyDVD which will also handle this protection. http://www.slysoft.com
