DMA stands for Direct Memory Access and needs to be enabled. Use this guide. http://dvdxcopy.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/107928

DMA mode is now enabled but the decryption is still half of what it should be.

Try to free up some resources, shut down any programs you don't need. Even though you have a fast PC this may help.

Run an anti spyware software, I recommend Ad-Aware it's free and I would by it if I had to. I would run disk clean up too because most spyware resides in your Temporary Internet Folder. Also don't forget to DEFRAG your HD, I do mine about once a back-up. If all else fails then just uninstall and reinstall Shrink. That will usually help. If the speed is too slow for you then you will have to add more RAM.

Whenever this happens to me I go to the control panel, system, hardware, device manager, IDE/ATA ATAPI controllers, primary IDE channel, right click - unistall. Do this and it eventually it prompts u to restart your PC. Does this and it automatically reinstalls your writer drive with the correct settings.

It tends to change over and start going slower when u try to decrytpt a particularly difficult disc. Hope this works - it does for me!
