I am a newbie to this site and have been using DVD shrink for 6 months.In the last two days I have been getting this message saying
(DVD shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Programming error exception occurred, could someone shed some light for me.
My best guess is that since DVD Shrink is no longer being updated that you have run into a DVD that has some newer copy protection. You might have to consider using AnyDVD & CloneDVD 2.

You can also download the free program DVDFab Decrypter from http://www.filepedia.com and use it to rip the movie to the harddrive. It also has the newer decrypting abilities. You will still need to use whatever burning program that you have.
