dvd shrink problem

I just got a new computer so i had to re download dvd shrink. The problem is when i downloaded it does not work, my computer keeps saying program not responding then my computer slows way down. I have tried to reinstall 3 times. i got the programs off this site.

There is probably some type of software conflict. I do not know what does not cooperate with Shrink, but I would imagine Roxio to be one of the Software.

PCs are so bundled with software now, that you never know what is going on.

roxio "drag to disc" would cause a problem if thats installed thats a place to start ,delete it
