You are using horrible media, switch to something like Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim. Sony and Fuji are fine but only if they are Made in Japan and the same goes for Maxell.

I think that is roxio which conflicts w/ Nero so you have to download RoxioZapper to get rid of it.

You might want to free up some memory as well.

I remember having a problem with shrink last year and if I remember correctly when I upgraded Nero it's solved all the errors with DVD Shrink. Keep in mind that Shrink is no longer updated so your probably going to have to use a combination of DVDFab Decrpter(new dvd decrypter) to get the movie on your hard drive then open DVD Shrink to analyze and Nero to burn. Some of the new copyright protections are not recognized by Shrink or DVD Decrypter so it's going to be hit or miss with some of the newer movies..Later

Another great burner is imgburn. Available at http://www.imgburn.com
You can use it just like decrypter for burning, but it is not a ripper like decrypter is, only a burner.
