I have tried unsuccessfully to use Shrink 3.2 as every time I click on the disc icon in shrink to copy a dvd disk a page comes up saying DDHelp has performed an illegal action and will be closed down,

Difficult to analyze from your description. I might be a bad installation of Shrink. Try and uninstall and reinstall and see if that helps.

reply to query on shrink 3.2 thanks for your reply to help but whatever the problem is, it's still loading 3.2 ok but as soon as i put a dvd in my cd rom and click on it to copy in shrink, my computer locks up as tight as a drum with the same statement "ddhelp has performed an illegal operation and will be closed down. if this persists contact the vendor".....help
