DVD shrink starting over problem

I was just wondering if anyone has had problems before with this. I will be creating the iso image, the programe will run through the hole image but when its supposed to finish as soon as it gets to 100% is starts over. I have stoped it and look but it had never actually created the iso so I let it run through it again and on the second time it finishes and the iso will be there. So it takes twice as long to make a iso. These iso are reauthord images and I have dvd dectypter for burning witch is selected to start as soon as image is created.
Also I was wondering if there is ever going to be another update for dvd shrink I have used this programe for a long time and this is the first time I have ever gone into these forums because it has always ran wonderfull I understand that there is no more new releases of it because of legall isues but man I wish there could be a private party or somthing that could come out with updates for it. Like I said I have never had problems before but now ive ran across movies I cant copy and now this restarting problem. Any feedback would be cool

It sounds like you might have Deep Analysis enabled. You can check it here



Enabling this option with require DVD Shrink to perform two separate passes at transcoding your movie, to ensure better playback. This may be what you are referring to as starting over, if you don't want to perform this operation simply untick that box...its not madatory.

As for DVD Shrink being updated...sadly it will probably never happen. The fella that gave us DVD Shrink is now working for Nero and his new baby is Recode2.

Because DVD Shrink is no longer being updated you will need another program(s) to get by newer encryptions. AnyDVD or DVD43 will run behind DVD Shrink to bypass the copyright protection, allowing you to run DVD Shrink as usual. There is also DVDFab Decrypter which works much in the same way that DVD Decrypter does in File mode.

Thank you very much for your input. I will be sure to post back with my trails and errors with these newer protections. Thanks again for the information it will help me greatly with some of these movies I ran across that wont copy.
