1.First of all check your primary and secundary ide channels make sure they are: transfer mode is always DMA if available and current transfer mode is always ultra DMA mode 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 anything else you should unistall it (dont worry windows will install it after you restart).

2.Make sure after you press the backup! under the tab Opcions to have un checked, un ticked the line that says "run backup in low priority mode."

3.Make sure you are not running any antivirus, spyware or adware programs ,they run in the background and lower your sistem speed.

4.Do not thick the line that says "perform deep analysis before backup to improve quality." your movie is going to look good if you select re_autor(only movie).

watch for spyware or adware always they lower your system speed an resources

i think that is going to help you a litle bit more guys.

after you hit backup make sure under the tab Opcions that the line that says run backup in low priority mode. its not checked
