DVD Shrink backup problem

I am trying to backup the movie STEALTH with DVD Shrink, but it pops up saying error, invalid DVD navigation structure... I have not had this problem on the previous 15 movies I did..
Can anyone help, please?

I downloaded AnyDVD but when I click to start the movie realplayer turns on and it won't play the movie, sorry for the problems but I'm very new to this..
