16X ? for DVD shrink

I would like to know if there is a way to burn @ 16x with DVD Shrink? I have a 16x burner but shrink is stuck at 8x

DVD Shrink doesn't have a burn engine. You have to have a companion program such as Nero or DVD Decrypter.

Also it is recommended to only burn at half the rated speed of your blanks.

What is the model # and brand name of your drive?

OK I think I have it, I went into Nero and changed the burn speed to 12x which is the fastest Nero has at the moment, it worked, and im still not at max speed so I should be good in quality right?

Do yourself a favor and go to this site ( http://www.micheldeboer.nl/firmware/ ) and download the maddog firmware. I have that drive and love it.

Also if you use either DVD Decrypter or IMGburn you can select your burn speed.
