I posted this a few weeks ago and the answer came back that Shrink is analysing then decoding. Not the case.

Sometimes, like right now when I'm doing War o/t Worlds Shrink will do the quick analysis, I'll remove the opening and closing credits ect. and then tell it to backup the disk. It will do the encoding phase once and then automatically do it all over once again.

Any ideas as to why?

Strange. It should only encode once. You're in re-author mode. It does a quick analysis then encode and then encode again! I'll be watching to see a fix for this one.
