DVD shrink slows down untill I reformat

I started using DVD shrink about 1 1/2 years ago and I love the way that it works (until) I get about 50 disks into it and it slows down tremendously from the first time I use it. So of course I have to think that my burner is burning out and needs to be replaced right? Not so because I have had Nero and shrink on 4 different burners (all new and different brands. 2 Sony, 1 NEC, 1 BenQ) and 4 different computers (Dell, IBM, HP, and My voodoo) ALLWITH THE SAME PROBLEM!!! It doesn?t seem to start having problems until I get about 30-50 disks into it. This is the really interesting part, it works like new after I reformat my HD and reinstall both Nero and DVD shrink???? (oh ya and no it doesn?t help if I just uninstall and reinstall both Nero and Shrink) Please help me out I?m very confused ?????

It sounds to me like your dma is reverting to PIO mode which causes the program to slow down to a crawl.

This should get it working again without the total reformat.
