shrink to 5 fault (burning image)

When I try to burn an image from my harddisk I get the following message (not allowed for the currend burner). The image i have made is coming from a backup DVD already!

I think it has something to do with the regioncode ??

What is the solution for this error ?

Try running AnyDVD in the background, or DVD43, but not both. I would not think that if the files are on the harddrive that it should cause you that problem though.

Do you get any other messages?

A burn log file?

running AnyDVD or DVD43 in the background has no result. I still get an error before starting to burn the DVD.

Your burner is 6 firmware version behind. I would update the firmware and see if that helps with this problem. You have 1.03 current is 1.09. Here is the link to get it.
