I have just started using DVD Shrink. I keep getting an error that says "DVD shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Failed to read file "x:\c" Overlapped I/O operation is in progress". I have tried everything that everyone has told me, but no luck. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Uncheck the enable I/O overlapping in the shrink preferences.

You can also try unchecking enable burning with Nero, and maybe to a memtest to make sure your memory is okay.

i am having a similar problem. i have the dvd i want to backup on my external harddrive and when i try to backup the file it says "dvd shrink has encountered and error and cannot continue Out of memory the parameter is incorrect"

now i havent done anything different since the last time i used it. and it worked fine then. but now its not
