Hi, when i'm downloading from Emule my download-speed is faster when I have a limit. When I have no limit my download-speed falls down under the limit I had before.
A little example: my limit is set at 32 kb/s and I'm downloading at about 32 kb/s, then I put the limit at 0 and then my download speed falls down to about 8 kb/s.
Sounds a little bit weird to me, anyone knows where the problem lies?

Your connection is the reason, some connections have trouble handling uploading and downloading at the same time. Of course you are always uploading and downloading but when it comes it comes to higher speed there's a difference!
