i just tried burning a video called black sheep . i clicked open disc then the title came up so i clicked ok. it said "DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Failed to open "E:/Video_TS.IFO" The system cannot find the file specified. ...... im a noobie plz help me

Try ripping the DVD to the hd first with DVDdecrypter. You can get it here: http://mrbass.org/dvdrip/

Then use the guide in my signature for DVDShrink and DVDDecrypter.

I tried ripping from decrypter to HD and then using shrink I still get the same error. I had to use DVD Rescue on Sky High for the same reason. I have tried going from DVD that?s it work on fine before and still get the same error. If I knew all the goodie names I would take it out of the Reg. then reinstall it. I did uninstall and reinstall. I also tried to use it on a folder I had used it on before and it gave the same basic error "could not access" Any other suggestions??

Just by chance, when the disk was opened by Shrink, was there a lot of empty space in the title between the brackets? Something like this "(Madagascar )". If so, it may be newer copy protection. Try using "Any DVD" in the background or if DVD Decrypter does not work, try DVD Fab Decrypter.

Have been able to get some good burns from movies that gave me fits just trying to use Shrink and/or Decrypter.

I love Shrink but it doenst seem to like me anymore lol too bad I cant do a printscreen in here..

You should also try running the ripped files from Decrypter through VOB Blanker before using Shrink
