Having trouble opening up a movie downloaded using Bittorrent

I recently downloaded "harry.potter.and.the.goblet.of.fire" using Bittorrent and for some reason I cant view it even when I use VLC Media Player, I tried running it through WinRAR but it says "Enter password for the encrypted file: harry.potter.iso"
The size of the file is 1.97 GB. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Burn it to a disc or extract it w/ DVD Decrypter or something similar.

Can we get a mod here, Im positive this is piracy which this site is getting heat from governments about, and further more thi is the wrong section dumbass. this isnt xbox realated.
