when trying to open the dvd i get an error.
Dvdshrink encounteredan error and cannot continue
failed to read file "E:\"
The parameter is incorrect
what does this mean? and how do i fix it? thank you ahead of time.

Do you mean that you have this error when you try to rip this dvd with shrink?
If the answear is yes are you using anything apart from shrink to break the encryption?

this error comes up as soon as i try to open the file in shrink. i tried to use dvd decriptor and as soon as i do, it also tells me the parameter is incorrect.

when i try to DVD Decrypter, the 1st error that show up is
Can not read from file: VTS_02_0.IFO
Reason the parameter is incorrect
the i click OK and a second error come up,
ASPI Initialisation Failed!
Error Aspi Manager was not found on system

I dont know exactily what it could be but i think it could be something with your driver.Im sorry if i cant help you.Someone else will be able to.In the meantime i will try to see if i find out an answear for your problem.

If this doesnt help just use google and search for that error and you will find loads of information.

I am losing my confidence in DVD Shrink..... personally i have switched to CloneDVD 2 in conjunction with AnyDVD... ( you should use AnyDVD eitherway as it changes the firstplay and removes every copy-protection under the sun and is updated weekly (or more)
matrix infiniy modded ps2 (broken, burnt out PS1 fuse)
xbox(freshly softmodded with krazies)xbmc dash. Stock HDD.
www.norcalmods.com did my ps2 mod, cheap n fast:)

thanx but i found nerovision express that lets me put 3 movies on a single dvd r without the loss of image quality and only the main language and no subtitles,,,,
i did 5 DVDR s last night i bought Nero online and now im happy
any questions let me know
