Is there anyway to Shrink PSP movie files?

for example: I want to make an episode of the Boondocks(210 MB) smaller?

psp video 9 and choose these settings SP/368x208/29.7fps/768kps Stereo/128kps, them settings give out mint quality and make the file smaller

finished series 2 :D

was v1.5 (got stolen)new ceramic white 2.6---> downgraded to 1.5 :D
