I have tried to copy 3 different movies today and the program has given me an erroe. When I try to open the disk it starts to read the disk and then comes back with a "Challenge Key Error". I figure I should try using decryter.... it reads it fine but when shrink tries to open from file... it gives me "invalid .IFO file format error."
When decrypter is done, it creates the .iso and .mds files in the selected folder.
Any suggestions??
By the way, the movies that I am trying are Mr. & Mrs. Smith and
(Disney I think??)Barbie movies.

If you're using decrypter to create an ISO image, you can't use the open files option in shrink, you need to choose the "open disk image" option as I describe below.
There is nothing special about this flick, I used shrink to rip and nero to burn.
If you're using decrypter to rip, then do it this way:
Rip the DVD in file (whole movie-all files) to your HDD, then use shrink to open the files with, choose re-author and backup main movie only (title 1).
Here is a guide for decrypter:http://www.dvdshrink.info/dvd-decrypter.php
or
Using decrypter, rip the DVD to your HDD using the ISO read mode, once done use shrink to open the image by choosing file--open disk image, browse to where the image is located highlight the file and choose open. Choose re-author and backup main movie only (title 1).
If you're still having problems, then try DVDFab decrypter(free), it's a whole movie ripper. Once done open the files with shrink and re-author as described.

Maybe that is my problem.... I am creating .iso files with decrypter... I cant be certain, but their is a possibility that some settings might have been changed in decrypter... is there an option to change the output file from decrypter???
